Masturbation not a proper topic for quality newspaper
I found Lara Loewenstein’s column, “Bone up on stimulating masturbation techniques,” in the Feb. 28 Viewpoint section utterly distasteful.
This column’s topic is not a subject that merits the kind of journalistic excellence that the Daily Bruin is known for.
While I suspect that there is a correct way in which to discuss this issue, in my judgment this article was very vulgar and outright trash.
The Daily Bruin really needs to “bone up on quality journalism.”
This was an article for the L.A. Weekly or some other trashy tabloid, not for the honorable Daily Bruin publication.
