“Ninotchka,” written by Billy Wilder and first shown in the year 1939 starring Greta Garbo (left) and Melvyn Douglas, will screen on Wednesday. It will be shown at the new Billy Wilder Theater as part of the inaugural film series “Welcome to the Billy Wilder Theater,” hosted by the UCLA Film & Television Archive. Located at the UCLA Hammer Museum, the theater opened its doors last weekend and plans to screen approximately 400 films in 2007.
