Castanets’ Ray Raposa tested out of school and hopped on a Greyhound bus at the age of 15 – and things haven’t gotten any more normal. His music is an eclectic mix of hip-hop, metal and electronic, and he’s currently working on a reggae version of another album. Castanets will be performing tonight at The Echo on Sunset Boulevard.
